In addition to the usual Estate Agent services DABORACONWAY offer a Guaranteed Rent Scheme operating from the Head Offi ce in Wanstead, East London. 

With over 30 years’ experience working with Local Authorities we are tendered agents and can offer 3 year leases providing security of income and full Property Management at no cost to the landlord. This agreement is also known as a Private Sector Leasing Scheme. 

What is a Guaranteed Rent Scheme? 

In order to offer a Guaranteed Rent Scheme, we issue a 3 year lease to landlords and effectively become their tenant. We then have a separate agreement with the Local Authority (Council) and sub-let the property to them. The Local Authority then provides the tenant and is responsible for the rent collection. 

DABORACONWAY invoice the Local Authority each month enabling us to GUARANTEE the rent to our landlords.
